JeetBuss Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the jeetbuss platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. JeetBuss operates a strict one account per person policy. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices or payment methods — is a violation of jeetbuss terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeetbuss login credentials.
• You must notify jeetbuss support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• JeetBuss is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Account sharing is not permitted. Your jeetbuss account is for your personal use only.

JeetBuss accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. JeetBuss does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is received from a payment method not registered to the account holder, jeetbuss reserves the right to reverse the deposit and suspend the account pending investigation.

• Deposits are credited to your jeetbuss account balance once confirmed by the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests on jeetbuss are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. JeetBuss does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the account holder's name.

• JeetBuss may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full.
• JeetBuss reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if fraud or terms violation is suspected.
• Processing times vary by payment method. JeetBuss aims to process all verified withdrawal requests as quickly as possible.

JeetBuss offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming any bonus on jeetbuss, you agree to the associated terms.

• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your jeetbuss account. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session on jeetbuss, the affected round may be declared void and any bets placed during that round will be refunded. JeetBuss is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeetbuss. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person.
• Money laundering — using jeetbuss to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on jeetbuss.
• Automated betting — using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with jeetbuss games.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting bonus offers through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any method designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Chargebacks — initiating fraudulent chargebacks on deposits made to jeetbuss.
• Hacking or interference — attempting to access, modify, or disrupt jeetbuss systems, software, or data.

• Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register on jeetbuss during the exclusion period.

JeetBuss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or any other behaviour that jeetbuss deems harmful to the platform or other players.

• If your jeetbuss account is suspended due to a suspected violation, you will be notified by email and given an opportunity to respond.
• If a violation is confirmed, jeetbuss may permanently close the account and forfeit any remaining balance.
• You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jeetbuss support. Any real money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after verification.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the jeetbuss fee schedule.

All content on the jeetbuss platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and design elements — is the intellectual property of jeetbuss or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any jeetbuss content without prior written permission.

The jeetbuss name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of jeetbuss trademarks is prohibited and may result in legal action.

JeetBuss provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While jeetbuss makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly, jeetbuss does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

• JeetBuss is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• JeetBuss is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.
• The maximum liability of jeetbuss to any player in connection with any single event shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
